Vinci intends to pay quarterly cash dividends on our common shares initially at an amount equal to at least 75% of our Distributable Earnings, or 100% of Net Earnings the lower of the two, as it was reported at Vinci Partners fourth quarter and full year 2020 earnings release. Vinci does not have a legal obligation to pay a quarterly dividend or dividends at any specified rate or at all. Any declaration of dividends will be at the discretion of our board of directors and will depend on our financial condition, earnings, cash needs, regulatory constraints, capital requirements (including requirements of our subsidiaries and the ability of our subsidiaries to pay dividends to us) and any other factors that our board of directors deems relevant in making such a determination.
